Conduct conducted and over-the-air RF testing for Wi-Fi HaLow designs, modules, customer hardware, and production samples. Analyze RF data using engineering statistics, compare results against specifications and baselines, validate quality and release performance, maintain repeatable test methods, and produce clear technical reports and recommendations. Collaborate with engineers to investigate blocking issues and support qualification and release decisions.

Own quality assurance and validation across mobile applications, cloud services, embedded firmware, and IoT products. Develop test plans, automated frameworks, API and network tests, end-to-end validation, firmware update testing, and CI/CD quality gates. Test Android and iOS applications, backend services, device interactions, and network resilience. Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects, maintain regression suites, track results, and improve test coverage and product reliability.

Owns end-to-end logistics for the Sydney head office, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, domestic and international shipments, customs documentation, freight coordination, and high-value equipment movement. The role manages carriers, brokers, and 3PLs; configures NetSuite logistics functions; develops procedures; resolves system issues; and analyzes logistics data to improve cost, service, and scalability.
