Manage the full lifecycle of defense contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, modifications, and agreements. Review and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, licenses, and contract terms; analyze FAR/DFARS requirements; monitor milestones, CDRLs, and deliveries; coordinate invoices and funding; track government-furnished property; maintain records; and support contract closeout while collaborating with government, prime contractor, technical, finance, and internal teams.

Designs, implements, and secures enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, trust zones, routing, switching, VPNs, wireless, load balancers, and data center networks. Leads network and security projects, performs technical planning and packet-level analysis, supports network operations at Tier 2, documents implementations, gathers stakeholder requirements, and mentors junior engineers. Ensures solutions consider NIST 800-171 compliance and contributes to network automation using tools such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform.

The Information System Security Manager ensures classified and unclassified systems comply with security policies, government requirements, NIST frameworks, and CMMC controls. Responsibilities include maintaining security architecture, supporting secure system development, collaborating with administrators, drafting policies, testing controls, maintaining POA&Ms, monitoring compliance, analyzing Linux, Windows, and AWS vulnerabilities, and researching CVEs to guide remediation.
