The Cloud Engineer will develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, oversee deployment of cloud services, and ensure compliance with security guidelines. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be eager to learn new technologies. Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, and Agile development is required.

Perform fabrication, modification, assembly, testing, and repair of UAS airframes and components. Document fabrication and maintenance, develop jigs/fixtures, conduct functional tests, improve processes, and collaborate with engineers to integrate custom avionics and payloads. Onsite role with possible travel for flight testing.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations including payroll, AP/AR, fixed assets, reconciliations, and equity accounting. Prepare journal entries, month-end close, financial statements per U.S. GAAP, cash flow reports, budgets/forecasts, and audit support. Improve controls and processes while maintaining clear documentation and supporting stakeholders across the organization.
