Design, develop, prototype, integrate, and test electronic systems for innovative air vehicle and R&D platforms. Responsibilities include avionics, embedded systems, RF communications, power subsystems, analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, fabrication procedures, troubleshooting, and flight test support. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, hands-on system testing, and expertise in at least one area such as power systems, RF, or embedded control.

Build, modify, assemble, test, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical systems for unmanned aerial vehicles and integrated systems. Responsibilities include installing custom avionics and payloads, implementing hardware changes, fabricating wire harnesses, performing electrical tests, inspecting and reworking PCBs, isolating faults, and conducting functional checks. The role is onsite in Cambridge and requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance.

Manage the full lifecycle of defense contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, modifications, and agreements. Review and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, licenses, and contract terms; analyze FAR/DFARS requirements; monitor milestones, CDRLs, and deliveries; coordinate invoices and funding; track government-furnished property; maintain records; and support contract closeout while collaborating with government, prime contractor, technical, finance, and internal teams.
