Own Morpho’s U.S. regulatory policy pipeline for DeFi lending, including tracking SEC, CFTC, Treasury, and FinCEN developments; drafting comment letters; leading agency and congressional engagement; coordinating trade associations and coalitions; managing outside policy counsel; and briefing leadership and product teams on regulatory implications.

Commercial Counsel will own Morpho’s partnership contract lifecycle, including intake, NDA management, drafting, negotiation, signing, and post-signature obligations. The role will build legal operations infrastructure such as contract repositories, playbooks, clause libraries, templates, AI workflows, reporting, and vendor compliance calendars. The counsel will collaborate with Partnerships, Finance, RevOps, BizOps, and outside counsel while supporting corporate, employment, IP, and privacy matters as needed.

Own the Head of GTM’s calendar, priorities, travel, meeting preparation, and follow-ups across time zones. Support GTM leadership with scheduling, coordination, and execution while managing sensitive information discreetly. Lead special projects, improve workflows, anticipate executive needs, resolve issues independently, and reduce coordination overhead. The role requires exceptional organization, judgment, responsiveness, accuracy, and autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
