Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT and business application projects. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and stakeholders. Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, conduct post-project reviews, and drive continuous improvement across multicultural teams.

Coordinate projects and day-to-day operations: track tasks, schedules, documentation, and deliverables; liaise with internal teams and external partners; support commercial and financial processes; manage vendor relationships and compliance; prepare reports; and identify and implement process improvements in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Support Enterprise AI financial governance by tracking project expenses, performing monthly variance analysis, producing budget summaries, coordinating budget inputs with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, attending project meetings, and supporting day-to-day business operations within the EAI function.
