Supports the development and delivery of peacemaking, conflict transformation, and nonviolence courses. Organizes peacebuilding theories into accessible lessons, facilitates inclusive learning environments, evaluates community impact, and recommends course improvements. Collaborates with the peacemaking director and Empower team while helping participants navigate religious and political conflict with grace and skill.

Build and sustain engagement in MWEG Central, an online community; develop programming, prompts, and volunteer support; manage member-facing communication systems; serve as the in-house Circle expert; coordinate across departments; supervise course creation and member experience specialists; and support the director of communities as deputy.

Attend a two-day forum in Draper, Utah, and accurately type words and phrases from rotating small-group discussions. Review notes, ask clarifying questions, and share concise reports with the larger group. Scribes must remain neutral, avoid participating in discussions or adding personal ideas, attend both days from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and bring their own internet-enabled laptop.
