Executes end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, recruiter screenings, candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback collection, and ATS documentation. Partners with hiring managers and HR resources, ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies, performs market analysis, and supports recruitment programs. Requires strong sourcing, communication, organization, relationship-building, and talent assessment skills.

Supports company-wide training initiatives by maintaining the LMS, coordinating new-hire onboarding and training schedules, updating materials, tracking attendance and onboarding progress, preparing reports, assisting employees with LMS access, and supporting training projects. The role also helps maintain compliance with fair housing and landlord-tenant laws and requires occasional travel for onsite training.

Owns portfolio-wide pricing, revenue optimization, forecasting, and revenue-management governance for a multifamily residential portfolio. Translates market, leasing, occupancy, and asset performance data into pricing and operational decisions. Oversees Revenue Intelligence configuration, adoption, data integrity, and vendor engagement while leading cross-functional revenue reviews, training, budgeting, and business planning. Ensures compliance with Fair Housing, rent regulation, fee disclosure, and antitrust requirements, and influences field teams to improve occupancy, rental revenue, and forecast accuracy.
