Onsite Community Manager responsible for full property management operations: financial reporting, leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals, resident relations, team leadership, property inspections, preventative maintenance, and overseeing rehab/renovation projects.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and ILS platforms. Build dashboards, analyze GA4/CRM/ILS data, track lead-to-lease performance, and provide actionable insights. Manage agency and vendor relationships, negotiate ILS packages, support portfolio marketing strategy, and guide budget allocation to maximize ROI and occupancy.

Support onsite property management by collecting rent, assisting with work orders, leasing and renewals, maintaining resident/vendor relationships, performing property inspections, and handling on-site accounting (rent collection, AP/AR reconciliations). Acts as person-in-charge when manager is absent and helps motivate the onsite team.
