Teams at Morguard

Supports company-wide training initiatives by maintaining the learning management system, coordinating new-hire onboarding and training schedules, updating training materials, tracking attendance and onboarding progress, managing LMS records and reporting, and assisting with special projects. The role partners with Human Resources, community managers, and training leadership while ensuring adherence to company protocols and applicable fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.

Supports onsite apartment community management, including rent collection, accounting, leasing, lease renewals, resident service requests, vendor coordination, property inspections, and resident relationship management. Acts as the person in charge when the Community Manager is absent and assists with motivating the onsite team. Requires weekend and occasional early-evening availability.

Owns portfolio-wide pricing, revenue optimization, forecasting, and revenue-management governance for a multifamily residential portfolio. Translates market, leasing, occupancy, and asset performance data into pricing and operational decisions. Oversees Revenue Intelligence configuration, adoption, data integrity, and vendor engagement while leading cross-functional revenue reviews, training, budgeting, and business planning. Ensures compliance with Fair Housing, rent regulation, fee disclosure, and antitrust requirements, and influences field teams to improve occupancy, rental revenue, and forecast accuracy.
