Owns portfolio-wide pricing, revenue optimization, forecasting, and revenue-management governance for a multifamily residential portfolio. Translates market, leasing, occupancy, and asset performance data into pricing and operational decisions. Oversees Revenue Intelligence configuration, adoption, data integrity, and vendor engagement while leading cross-functional revenue reviews, training, budgeting, and business planning. Ensures compliance with Fair Housing, rent regulation, fee disclosure, and antitrust requirements, and influences field teams to improve occupancy, rental revenue, and forecast accuracy.

Support onsite property management for a multifamily community: collect/post rent, handle work orders and resident concerns, assist leasing and renewals, maintain vendor relations, perform property inspections, and cover manager duties when absent. Role includes onsite accounting tasks (rent collection, AP/AR reconciliations) and helps train/motivate the onsite team.
