Support business development by generating qualified B2B leads and managing the sales cycle from inquiry to closing. Handle customer inquiries, scheduling, account follow-ups, order troubleshooting, sales tracking and KPI reporting. Perform administrative duties for executives and assist in developing sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries via help center and phone, support customers through the service process, liaise with partners, relay feedback to product, improve satisfaction scores, and maintain and optimize daily/weekly/monthly operations using Excel and basic database queries.

Support brand awareness and online reputation by creating, publishing, and promoting original social content; coordinate marketing campaigns, run contests, analyze community behavior and analytics, monitor media and trends, and use image/video editing tools to grow and engage the community.
