Lead sales and onboarding activities for driver customers, including acquisition, registration, product education, compliance checks, funnel management, referrals, incentives, and agency partnerships. Support drivers in person, resolve onboarding issues, maintain conversion and churn targets, build acquisition dashboards, and coordinate with fleet and operations teams. The role also trains and motivates team members while promoting the Moove brand and ensuring smooth transfer of onboarded drivers to the fleet account.

Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, hardware and software lifecycles, enterprise SaaS platforms, identity and access controls, endpoint support, inventory, licensing, and vendor coordination. Develop scripts, API integrations, dashboards, automation workflows, and lightweight internal tools. Troubleshoot distributed operational systems, support site launches and deployments, maintain documentation, and assist with security, compliance, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Partner with the Co-CEO and President to convert strategy into executable plans, own executive operating rhythm, embed OKRs and scorecards, build governance and decision rights, produce board/investor materials, lead strategic workstreams, and deploy AI-enabled workflows to increase velocity across the organisation.

Lead and build the accounting function, owning close, consolidation, controls, audit readiness, ERP implementation, and multi-entity/multi-country accounting while mentoring a growing team.

Lead safety assurance for a robotaxi fleet in a US market: monitor safety performance, investigate incidents, run readiness assessments, manage vendor relationships, drive predictive maintenance, run site safety programs, and implement regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Lead safety for Moove AV Dubai: monitor safety KPIs, run site safety programmes, investigate incidents, ensure regulatory compliance, manage vendors, and serve as 24/7 on-call safety authority. Adapt global frameworks locally and deliver audit-ready documentation and remediation.

Develop and maintain MIS, analyze operational data, create business/financial models, produce insights and presentations for executives, and liaise with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and operations optimization.

Own and scale Moove AV's global validation training program: design and iterate curriculum, certify Train-the-Trainer and initial market teams, audit local programs, align cross-functional roadmaps, and ensure safety-first standards. Manage capacity, reporting, infrastructure readiness, and stakeholder escalation to deliver consistent, auditable certification across markets.

Monitor autonomous vehicle fleet in real time, identify and triage vehicle needs (charging, cleaning, maintenance, out-of-service), communicate with depot teams, follow escalation protocols, complete reports, and support fleet readiness and safety standards.
