Writes executive communications, speeches, presentations, resident newsletters, social media, press releases, website and email content. Interviews residents, leaders, partners, and contributors to uncover meaningful stories, supports public relations and organizational storytelling, and manages assignments independently from concept through publication across multiple audiences and formats.

Leads enterprise communications strategy and governance while advising executives, supporting resident and family communications, managing public and media relations, and overseeing crisis messaging, storytelling, content production, vendors, budgets, and communications teams. The role develops executive and Board materials, newsletters, presentations, public statements, and multi-channel communications while strengthening reputation, consistency, engagement, and organizational trust.

Leads community operations for independent living, resident services, wellness, dining, front desk administration, resident advocacy, communications, and satisfaction initiatives. Oversees departmental strategies, outsourced dining partnerships, resident transition coordination, financial performance, staffing, and service quality. Serves as the primary liaison and problem-solver for residents while collaborating with senior leadership to achieve organizational objectives.

Supervises security operations and personnel to maintain 24-hour coverage. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, investigations, incident reporting, access control, badge and pass processing, monitoring nurse call and fire alarm systems, emergency dispatch, recordkeeping, and verifying vendor credentials. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of security supervisor experience, and active Florida CPR certification.

Manages nursing unit operations and resident care, supervises nursing staff, evaluates interventions, develops care plans, analyzes performance metrics, supports staff development, coordinates interdisciplinary care, communicates with families and physicians, and maintains survey readiness and quality standards.

Directs ministry and pastoral services across Moorings Park communities, including worship services, spiritual counseling, hospice and end-of-life support, religious education, memorials, weddings, resident programming, and clergy coordination. Supervises the Pastoral Chaplain, manages worship resources and budgets, develops service metrics and policies, supports assisted living and skilled nursing residents, and serves as liaison to the Religious and Spiritual Life Committee.

Creates and optimizes SEO-driven content for luxury senior-living communities, including articles, blogs, guides, ads, brochures, PR pieces, and video scripts. Audits and refines the content library, develops topic clusters, conducts keyword and competitive research using AI tools, and improves qualified engagement and conversions. Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, residents, clinicians, and subject-matter experts to produce accurate, compelling content aligned with the brand voice and affluent target audience.

Provides personal training and group fitness for older adults and special populations. Supports wellness across seven dimensions, promotes educational and social programs, maintains fitness centers and equipment, and assists with publicity, event setup, displays, newsletters, purchasing, and decorations. Must maintain compliance with applicable regulations and company policies and may remain on duty during emergencies.

Provides registered dietitian services for skilled nursing residents, overseeing food service, modified diets, menus, nutritional assessments, care plans, weight monitoring, interventions, documentation, staff education, regulatory compliance, and dietary operations. Collaborates with Food and Beverage leadership and other departments to ensure nutritious meals, accurate medical records, and high-quality resident care. May supervise dietary staff and provide leadership during departmental absences or emergencies.
