Provides administrative and office support to the community management team, including word processing, meeting coordination, resident file maintenance, correspondence, calendar management, visitor reception, phone screening, mail distribution, supply ordering, and upkeep of administrative areas. The role also requires compliance with company policies and applicable laws, with potential emergency duty during disasters.

Develop conceptual visual campaigns across print, digital, social, web, email, direct mail, signage, and multimedia. Create polished designs, retouch and manipulate images, repurpose video and creative assets, and use Generative AI thoughtfully. Collaborate with Marketing and creative partners, maintain brand consistency, prepare production-ready files, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Writes executive communications, speeches, presentations, resident newsletters, social media, press releases, website and email content. Interviews residents, leaders, partners, and contributors to uncover meaningful stories, supports public relations and organizational storytelling, and manages assignments independently from concept through publication across multiple audiences and formats.
