Writes executive communications, speeches, presentations, resident newsletters, social media, press releases, website and email content. Interviews residents, leaders, partners, and contributors to uncover meaningful stories, supports public relations and organizational storytelling, and manages assignments independently from concept through publication across multiple audiences and formats.

Leads enterprise communications strategy and governance while advising executives, supporting resident and family communications, managing public and media relations, and overseeing crisis messaging, storytelling, content production, vendors, budgets, and communications teams. The role develops executive and Board materials, newsletters, presentations, public statements, and multi-channel communications while strengthening reputation, consistency, engagement, and organizational trust.

Leads community operations for independent living, resident services, wellness, dining, front desk administration, resident advocacy, communications, and satisfaction initiatives. Oversees departmental strategies, outsourced dining partnerships, resident transition coordination, financial performance, staffing, and service quality. Serves as the primary liaison and problem-solver for residents while collaborating with senior leadership to achieve organizational objectives.
