Own end-to-end lifecycle messaging and retention in Braze (email, push, in-app). Build automated onboarding, retention, and win-back flows; create segmentation and journeys; run A/B tests; design promotions and loyalty features; track activation-to-retention KPIs and analyze cohorts to drive growth.
