Owns Moonfare’s investor and fund reporting function, including quarterly reports, capital account statements, NAV validation, notices, and ad hoc reporting. The role establishes quality-control processes, resolves reporting discrepancies, manages fund administrators and internal stakeholders, supports cross-functional projects, improves reporting infrastructure, partners with Engineering and Data on automation, and guides analysts. Private markets expertise and knowledge of fund accounting, performance metrics, SQL, or Python are advantageous.

Leads product, platform, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering teams; owns people development, hiring, delivery, architecture, cloud infrastructure, reliability, security, scalability, and technical quality. Partners with Product and Design on roadmaps, manages infrastructure debt, and guides adoption of AI coding agents with appropriate workflows, guardrails, and review standards.

Lead and execute high-end investor-facing design across print and digital: fund brochures, long-form content, events, templates and systems. Maintain and tighten the brand and fund marketing design systems, art-direct external partners, work within compliance constraints, and use AI tools to shift time from production to strategic craft.

Lead Moonfare's editorial agenda for investor-facing private markets content: research and produce thought leadership, reports, newsletters, web and script copy; run the editorial calendar and production pipeline; partner with Investments, Research and Brand; ensure accuracy and financial-promotions compliance; use AI to accelerate drafting while owning editorial judgment; track engagement signals to refine the slate.

Lead legal structuring and operation of US private equity feeder funds, primarily Delaware limited partnerships. Draft and negotiate LPAs, PPMs, subscription documents, and complex agreements; conduct fund-manager and service-provider due diligence; advise on product launches, co-investments, and secondary markets; manage external counsel; and oversee SEC, FINRA, Form ADV, Form D, and Blue Sky filings. Partner with Sales, Operations, and global legal teams to support US growth.

Advise on private equity fund structuring, licensing, distribution, transactions, regulatory approvals, contracts, and fund operations. Draft and negotiate legal documentation, coordinate with Luxembourg and foreign regulators, support deal teams, monitor regulatory developments, and improve legal processes through workflow automation. The role partners closely with Sales, auditors, external counsel, and operational teams while ensuring compliance across the full fund lifecycle.
