Lead legal structuring and operation of US private equity feeder funds, primarily Delaware limited partnerships. Draft and negotiate LPAs, PPMs, subscription documents, and complex agreements; conduct fund-manager and service-provider due diligence; advise on product launches, co-investments, and secondary markets; manage external counsel; and oversee SEC, FINRA, Form ADV, Form D, and Blue Sky filings. Partner with Sales, Operations, and global legal teams to support US growth.

Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and BI infrastructure. Ensure secure, high-quality data availability through modelling, performance tuning, governance, and collaboration with analysts and stakeholders. Mentor peers, review code, and introduce new tools and best practices.

Advise on private equity fund structuring, licensing, distribution, transactions, regulatory approvals, contracts, and fund operations. Draft and negotiate legal documentation, coordinate with Luxembourg and foreign regulators, support deal teams, monitor regulatory developments, and improve legal processes through workflow automation. The role partners closely with Sales, auditors, external counsel, and operational teams while ensuring compliance across the full fund lifecycle.
