Lead Atlassian/JIRA Administrator responsible for architecture, administration, security, performance, integrations, automation, and lifecycle management of Atlassian Data Center and SVN platforms. Provide Tier 2/3 support, mentor junior admins, implement authentication and access controls, and collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams to ensure secure, scalable, highly available solutions.

Develop and deploy automated test software and integrate test equipment to validate flight control actuation systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on design reviews, troubleshooting, verification testing, documentation, and customer demonstrations. Manage software configuration and support hardware/software integration for customer-ready aerospace test systems.

Lead technical project execution for space propulsion hardware, acting as customer technical point of contact. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage cost and schedule, develop requirements, perform trade studies and analyses, lead proposals, oversee IRAD budgets, contribute to conceptual design and testing, and prepare engineering reports.
