Lead supplier capability, capacity, and readiness improvements through structured development plans, assessments, and risk reduction for NPI and work transfers. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, track milestones and KPIs, and drive closure of high-risk supplier actions to ensure on-time launch and supplier performance.

Lead and maintain EHS regulatory compliance, manage inspections and reporting, assess hazards and implement controls, develop procedures and training, lead multiple compliance projects, participate in audits and incident investigations, and support emergency response within authority limits.

Design and document tooling (molds, fixtures, tools) using CAD, generate BOMs, select materials, support manufacturing engineers, troubleshoot production/tooling issues, maintain drawings, and train others with minimal supervision.
