Lead NPI activities to transition mechanical/optical products from design to production: design and validate assembly/test processes, perform pilot builds, develop work instructions and ATPs, select/validate equipment, troubleshoot test stands and PCBs, train technicians, ensure AS9100-compliant documentation, and manage project timelines, budgets, and continuous improvement for rugged optical transceiver and system-level products.

Develop, debug, and maintain embedded firmware (primarily on TI TMS320 DSPs) for industrial drives. Implement features in C/C++, support validation and testing, work with industrial communication protocols, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with hardware, test, quality, and international teams.

Plan, convert demand into work orders, manage material shortages and lead times, develop balanced production plans, maintain WIP and PBOMs, construct Line of Balance, track orders, and support continuous improvement to meet customer schedules.
