Plan, solicit, negotiate and book room sales to meet hotel revenue goals. Develop and execute sales plans, manage sales coordinators, maintain client relationships, prospect new business, coordinate with hotel departments, track group histories and BEOs, represent the hotel at trade shows, and complete special projects.

Supervise front desk staff during assigned shifts, perform check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations and guest inquiries, prepare reports, monitor front office systems and key control, implement brand programs to meet service and revenue goals, and train/coach staff while resolving guest issues.
