Designs, secures, automates, and supports hybrid cloud infrastructure and enterprise platforms, with primary ownership of Azure infrastructure and Azure Databricks. Builds infrastructure-as-code modules, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security controls, and automation while supporting AWS, BigQuery, Wasabi, and on-premises environments. The role also handles incident response, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, cost optimization, documentation, and technical guidance for application deployments and platform architecture.

Maintains and administers corporate and broadcast IT infrastructure supporting live events, production workflows, and business operations. Installs and integrates broadcast technologies, provides on-site event support, manages Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, backups, monitoring, and business continuity, and resolves advanced technical issues. The role also supports documentation, equipment planning, change management, Tier 1 staff, and rotating 24/7 arena coverage.

Maintains, monitors, and administers corporate and broadcast IT infrastructure supporting live events and production workflows. Installs and integrates broadcast technologies, provides on-site event support, troubleshoots high-pressure technical issues, manages Office 365 and Exchange systems, supports Tier 1 staff, maintains infrastructure documentation, and participates in 24/7 arena event coverage. Requires expertise in servers, networking, operating systems, live broadcasting, streaming platforms, and technical documentation.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL), manage integrations and sandboxes, define DevOps and deployment standards, monitor performance and security, troubleshoot production issues, and establish safe AI/code-generation practices and governance for the CRM platform.

Design and execute fan experience strategy for Mystics home games and large fan events. Create theme nights, ticket offers, shoulder events, fan surveys, dashboards and weekly reporting. Manage brand ambassadors, sponsorship assets, game day tactical plans, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, digital, creative, and finance to drive attendance, sentiment, and revenue.
