Supports strategic and operational management of the Monumental+ direct-to-consumer platform, including requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, issue resolution, performance monitoring, analytics, documentation, reporting, stakeholder communications, and partner training. Serves as the primary liaison with ViewLift support and cross-functional internal teams to improve platform reliability, user experience, engagement, and revenue.

Design and execute fan experience strategy for Mystics home games and large fan events. Create theme nights, ticket offers, shoulder events, fan surveys, dashboards and weekly reporting. Manage brand ambassadors, sponsorship assets, game day tactical plans, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, digital, creative, and finance to drive attendance, sentiment, and revenue.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL), manage integrations and sandboxes, define DevOps and deployment standards, monitor performance and security, troubleshoot production issues, and establish safe AI/code-generation practices and governance for the CRM platform.

The Senior People Partner advises leaders, managers, and employees across HR operations, employee relations, performance management, engagement, talent acquisition, development, compensation, and policy interpretation.
