Teams at Monumental Sports & Entertainment

Maintains and operates building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, power generation, and control systems. Performs preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance; troubleshoots and repairs pumps, fans, valves, motors, chillers, boilers, and related equipment. Manages parts, inventory, purchase requests, safety procedures, regulatory compliance, equipment inspections, and service requests. Supports preventive maintenance program improvements, staff safety training, and reliable facility operations in an event-driven environment.

Supports day-to-day basketball operations across player engagement, logistics, equipment, strategy, scouting, and facilities. Coordinates departmental activities, designs tracking systems, builds Excel tools, assists with budgeting and administration, and supports game-day setup, statistical charting, and reporting. Collaborates with operations leads and basketball staff while helping direct fellow associates on projects. Requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Produces multi-platform live studio shows, specials, original programming, and non-live content for Monumental Sports Network. Responsibilities include formatting shows, developing storylines, coordinating live shots, writing copy, and creating brand experiences for Washington, DC sports fans. The role requires television production expertise, strong knowledge of local and national sports, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
