Sell and service ticket products (season, group, hospitality); cold call and follow up with prospects; handle inbound sales; conduct in-arena appointments and tours; meet assigned sales goals; work events, evenings, weekends as needed; use Archtics, Microsoft Office, and contact management systems.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL), manage integrations and sandboxes, define DevOps and deployment standards, monitor performance and security, troubleshoot production issues, and establish safe AI/code-generation practices and governance for the CRM platform.

Lead enterprise internal and executive communications to align employees with company vision and priorities. Advise senior leaders, craft executive messaging, design change and storytelling strategies, run company-wide communication moments, set governance and measurement frameworks, and use analytics and technology to improve engagement.
