Sells and services ticket products, including season packages, group tickets, and hospitality packages. Responsibilities include cold calling, managing inbound inquiries, following up with prospects and past customers, upselling, conducting arena tours, building client relationships, meeting sales goals, and supporting events and promotional initiatives.

Supports strategic and operational management of the Monumental+ direct-to-consumer platform, including requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, issue resolution, performance monitoring, analytics, documentation, reporting, stakeholder communications, and partner training. Serves as the primary liaison with ViewLift support and cross-functional internal teams to improve platform reliability, user experience, engagement, and revenue.

Maintains and administers corporate and broadcast IT infrastructure supporting live events, production workflows, and business operations. Installs and integrates broadcast technologies, provides on-site event support, manages Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, backups, monitoring, and business continuity, and resolves advanced technical issues. The role also supports documentation, equipment planning, change management, Tier 1 staff, and rotating 24/7 arena coverage.
