Coordinates the nursing simulation program, including developing scenarios, scripts, standards, policies, and teaching strategies. Supports faculty development, student skills evaluation, simulation operations, staffing, supplies, budgeting, and outcome tracking. Collaborates with nursing faculty and health science personnel to improve clinical education and simulation effectiveness. Requires a master’s degree in nursing, extensive acute-care and teaching experience, instructional design expertise, simulation pedagogy, RN licensure eligibility, CPR-BLS certification, and CHSE certification.

Provide classroom support for preschool children (ages 3–5), assist teachers with instruction and coverage, follow MSDE/CDC health and safety guidelines, maintain required staffing patterns, and work opening or closing shifts several times per week.

Provides executive oversight of Montgomery College’s financial and business operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, investments, grants, payroll, billing, cash management, forecasting, audits, compliance, and financial systems. Advises the President, senior leadership, and Board of Trustees on financial strategy, risk, and long-range planning. Leads internal controls, process improvement, systems optimization, and institution-wide business services while building stakeholder partnerships and ensuring fiscal sustainability.

Provides academic library research assistance, reference services, and information literacy instruction for students, faculty, staff, and community patrons. Serves as liaison to Arts, English and Reading, and Humanities departments, supporting curriculum-related learning strategies. Coordinates online learning tools and digital learning objects, including Articulate platform training, instructional design, accessibility, maintenance, and assessment. Collaborates with faculty and library teams, participates in planning and committees, maintains technology proficiency, and supports library service development.

Administer, configure, and maintain Banner Financial Aid and related systems (ImageNow, Dynamic Forms, UC4). Develop and test rules and interfaces using Oracle SQL, produce reports, ensure data quality, coordinate upgrades, provide end-user support and training, create workflows and documentation, and ensure systems comply with federal/state financial aid regulations.

Lead classification and compensation strategy for the college, manage a team, design salary structures and market pricing, drive pay equity and compliance, oversee job architectures and position descriptions, and use compensation analytics to inform workforce planning and organizational decisions.

Lead electrical design for new construction and renovations across three campuses, producing power and lighting design documents, managing permitting, inspecting construction, overseeing contractors, and providing technical guidance on electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and control systems from concept through construction.

Supervise open gym sessions for students, faculty, and staff; enforce rules; maintain accurate program records; communicate with faculty, staff and participants; perform assigned duties and complete required background screening.
