Supervise open gym sessions for students, faculty, and staff; enforce rules; maintain accurate program records; communicate with faculty, staff and participants; perform assigned duties and complete required background screening.

Perform advanced accounting and financial reporting: prepare financial statements and footnotes, reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts, support audits, investigate discrepancies, manage grants and regulatory reporting, recommend and implement process improvements, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and provide direction to lower-level accountants.

Lead classification and compensation strategy for the college, manage a team, design salary structures and market pricing, drive pay equity and compliance, oversee job architectures and position descriptions, and use compensation analytics to inform workforce planning and organizational decisions.

Provide energy and sustainability analysis for campus buildings: benchmark energy use, perform ASHRAE-based audits and simulations, identify conservation opportunities, support design review for code and LEED/WELL compliance, prepare utility and lifecycle cost analyses, and monitor retrofit performance.

Provide classroom support for preschool children (ages 3–5), assist teachers with instruction and coverage, follow MSDE/CDC health and safety guidelines, maintain required staffing patterns, and work opening or closing shifts several times per week.

Lead electrical design for new construction and renovations across three campuses, producing power and lighting design documents, managing permitting, inspecting construction, overseeing contractors, and providing technical guidance on electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and control systems from concept through construction.
