Provides research assistance, reference services, and information-literacy instruction to students, faculty, staff, and community patrons. Serves as liaison to Arts, English and Reading, and Humanities departments; coordinates library support for English composition courses across campuses and online. Develops instructional materials and digital learning objects, collaborates with faculty, manages outreach and assessment, supports librarian training, and participates in planning, committees, and professional development.

Provides frontline on-site and remote IT support for faculty, staff, and students across computer hardware, software, networks, multimedia, videoconferencing, classrooms, labs, and academic systems. Installs, configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs workstations, peripherals, audiovisual equipment, and software. Deploys computer images and Intune configurations, manages service tickets, performs diagnostics and preventive maintenance, supports warranty repairs, and provides technical guidance and training.

Advises students and families on federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs; evaluates applications, determines eligibility, and awards aid according to applicable regulations. Supports financial aid administration, reconciliations, audits, Federal Work Study, outreach, reporting, and appeals. Maintains data, assists with applications, may supervise student workers, and provides customer service through in-person, telephone, and email communication.

Provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the Honors College and Collegewide Institutes. Oversees interdisciplinary programming, experiential learning, student success initiatives, partnerships, budgets, staffing, and program evaluation across campuses. Collaborates with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, faculty, external partners, and institutional research teams to advance equity, high-impact educational opportunities, and institutional priorities.

Leads Montgomery College’s federal, state, and local government relations strategy; advises the President on legislative, policy, fiscal, and political matters; builds relationships with elected officials and stakeholders; advances funding and institutional priorities through advocacy and coalition building; coordinates testimony and communications; and directs Government Relations staff and engagement tracking.

Coordinates the nursing simulation program, including developing scenarios, scripts, standards, policies, and teaching strategies. Supports faculty development, student skills evaluation, simulation operations, staffing, supplies, budgeting, and outcome tracking. Collaborates with nursing faculty and health science personnel to improve clinical education and simulation effectiveness. Requires a master’s degree in nursing, extensive acute-care and teaching experience, instructional design expertise, simulation pedagogy, RN licensure eligibility, CPR-BLS certification, and CHSE certification.

Administer, configure, and maintain Banner Financial Aid and related systems (ImageNow, Dynamic Forms, UC4). Develop and test rules and interfaces using Oracle SQL, produce reports, ensure data quality, coordinate upgrades, provide end-user support and training, create workflows and documentation, and ensure systems comply with federal/state financial aid regulations.

Lead classification and compensation strategy for the college, manage a team, design salary structures and market pricing, drive pay equity and compliance, oversee job architectures and position descriptions, and use compensation analytics to inform workforce planning and organizational decisions.

Lead electrical design for new construction and renovations across three campuses, producing power and lighting design documents, managing permitting, inspecting construction, overseeing contractors, and providing technical guidance on electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and control systems from concept through construction.
