Supervise open gym sessions for students, faculty, and staff; enforce rules; maintain accurate program records; communicate with faculty, staff and participants; perform assigned duties and complete required background screening.

Patrol campus grounds, enforce parking and safety policies, respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, prepare reports, control access, perform building checks, administer first aid, coordinate with police/fire, and support campus lockdowns and safety procedures.

Administer, configure, and maintain Banner Financial Aid and related systems (ImageNow, Dynamic Forms, UC4). Develop and test rules and interfaces using Oracle SQL, produce reports, ensure data quality, coordinate upgrades, provide end-user support and training, create workflows and documentation, and ensure systems comply with federal/state financial aid regulations.
