Supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training compliance, HRIS administration, payroll support, employee engagement, safety programs, and personnel records. Provides guidance on policies, assists with compliance and investigations, coordinates orientations and job fairs, and supports the HR Director with administrative tasks. The role requires accurate handling of confidential employee and payroll information, collaboration across departments, and occasional holiday, weekday, or weekend availability.

Advises employees and managers on HR policies, maintains confidential personnel and payroll data, ensures employment-law compliance, coordinates background checks and orientations, supports benefits and leave administration, and assists the HR Director with departmental communications and administrative tasks.

Supports the Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf with daily golf operations. Greets members and guests, schedules tee times, manages registrations, processes payments and member account charges, assists with carts and bags, supports retail operations, and maintains knowledge of golf equipment and rules.
