Provides executive-level administrative support to club leadership, the Board, committees, and membership operations. Coordinates governance meetings, records, communications, insurance matters, events, membership admissions, onboarding, resignations, reporting, and committee administration. Maintains confidential files, supports front desk coverage, tracks deadlines, and serves as a liaison among leadership, members, employees, and guests.

Supports the Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf with daily golf operations. Greets members and guests, schedules tee times, manages registrations, processes payments and member account charges, assists with carts and bags, supports retail operations, and maintains knowledge of golf equipment and rules.
