Supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training compliance, HRIS records, payroll administration, employee recognition, and workplace safety programs. Advises employees and managers on HR policies, maintains confidential personnel and payroll data, ensures employment-law compliance, coordinates background checks and orientations, supports benefits and leave administration, and assists the HR Director with departmental communications and administrative tasks.
