Oversee day-to-day operations of a mobile home and RV community, drive occupancy and revenue targets, manage leasing and resident relations, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA, collect rents and prepare billing, coordinate vendors and on-site maintenance, and support community engagement and safety.

Manage on-site operations of a mobile home and RV community to meet occupancy and revenue targets. Oversee leasing, resident relations, rent collection, vendor relationships, safety and regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, OSHA). Conduct park walks, prepare notices and billing, run events, and report to management. Provide emergency on-call support and use property management systems and Microsoft Office for operations and reporting.
