Strong knowledge of California employment law and experience managing sensitive matters, compliance deadlines, and HR programs are essential.

Oversee day-to-day operations of a mobile home and RV community, drive occupancy and revenue targets, manage leasing and resident relations, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA, collect rents and prepare billing, coordinate vendors and on-site maintenance, and support community engagement and safety.
