Develop and execute employer engagement strategies to expand internship, co-op, and career opportunities for CSAM students. Build and manage employer partnerships, coordinate career events and site visits, manage job postings, analyze engagement data, and collaborate with departments to align initiatives and improve program outcomes.

Provide administrative, operational, and financial support for NJ PBS. Manage budgets, grant and earned revenue accounts, vendor contracts, onboarding, office operations, reporting, calendars, travel, and grant compliance while coordinating with university offices and supporting the General Manager.

Provide administrative and student-facing support for the College for Community Health Student Success Center. Manage the Assistant Dean's calendar, front desk and student staff operations, coordinate onboarding and outreach programs, assist with social media/web content and mass communications, triage student inquiries, prepare pre-advising materials, and generate routine engagement reports.

Lead strategic programming for NJ PBS across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms. Curate and schedule national and local content, manage acquisitions and PBS relations, oversee budget and staff, ensure FCC and captioning compliance, and use audience data to guide programming decisions focused on diverse New Jersey communities.

Manage and maintain the NJ PBS media asset management (MAM) system and digital archive: ingest, catalog, store, retrieve, and digitize content; enforce retention and metadata standards; support broadcast/streaming delivery compliance; fulfill internal and external media requests; coordinate with IT, PBS National, and producers; train staff.

Develop and pitch original stories across South Jersey; shoot, write, and edit video packages for broadcast and digital platforms; conduct on- and off-camera interviews; cover breaking news, government meetings, and community events; contribute to social media and short-form video; collaborate with producers and editors and represent NJ PBS at community events.

Cover northern New Jersey news, politics, and community affairs. Develop and pitch stories; shoot, write, and edit video packages; conduct interviews; file content for broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms; cover breaking news and community events; produce social and short-form content; cultivate sources and collaborate with producers and editors.

Supports the Programming Director by developing and managing partnerships, coordinating co-productions, overseeing externally produced content to reflect NJ diversity, drafting MOUs and licensing agreements, assisting with scheduling and programming strategy, managing PBS station relationships, coordinating community engagement events, tracking deliverables, and supporting grant reporting.

Support the Programming Director in building and maintaining broadcast and streaming schedules, coordinating program acquisitions and PBS national clearances, managing traffic operations and program logs, tracking rights windows, scheduling locally produced content, maintaining the programming database and scheduling software, coordinating closed captioning/accessibility, producing program guides/promotions, and supporting special events and pledge drives.

Produce and design motion graphics and broadcast-ready visuals for NJ PBS across linear and digital platforms. Edit and color-grade footage, build template libraries, manage media assets, troubleshoot output issues, support live coverage, and ensure all output meets FCC and editorial standards.

Serve as NJ PBS statehouse and Central New Jersey correspondent covering the Legislature, Governor, state agencies and regional news. Produce political and policy enterprise stories for broadcast, streaming and digital platforms; shoot and edit video; file on deadline; develop sources; participate in editorial meetings; contribute to election and budget coverage; represent the station at press corps and community events.

Serve as the newsroom assignment desk hub: monitor breaking news, assign reporters and photojournalists, manage crew/equipment scheduling, coordinate live-shot logistics, maintain logs and contact databases, book interviews, and provide real-time updates to producers and news leadership.

Maintain, repair, calibrate, and install HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, and related mechanical equipment and controls (DDC/BAS, pneumatic). Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, recordkeeping, refrigerant handling, and safety compliance. Work on-campus, rotating shifts, and participate in training and preventive maintenance scheduling.

Lead technical architecture and integrations for Workday Student, HCM, and Financials. Manage Workday technical developers, design integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs), ensure data integrity and security, support reporting and Workday Extend applications, coordinate vendors and releases, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Plan and execute daily news broadcasts and digital content for NJ PBS, manage rundowns, supervise control room production, coordinate reporters/anchors/technical staff, adapt coverage for breaking news, and oversee digital and live streaming editorial direction.

Lead and perform multi-trade maintenance and repairs (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry, welding). Supervise helpers, complete work orders, follow safety protocols, provide customer service, and maintain all campus buildings and exterior features across shifts and emergencies.

Lead NJ PBS fundraising and earned-revenue strategy across membership, major gifts, corporate underwriting, foundation grants, and planned giving. Oversee membership drives, pledge campaigns, donor CRM, revenue projections, and a small development team to grow diversified revenue and reduce dependence on state appropriations.

Develops and manages arts and cultural engagement programming for students, faculty, and staff. Designs participation strategies, links performances to coursework, plans workshops and events with visiting artists, recruits a student advisory board, tracks participation metrics, liaises across departments, and supports PEAK Performances outreach and ticket initiatives. Requires evening/weekend availability and collaboration with PEAK staff.
