Develop, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect, directory integrations, RBAC, and PAM. Build automated provisioning workflows, integrate on-prem and cloud systems, support federation protocols, analyze audit logs, assist incident response, document solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to enforce access policies and least-privilege practices.

Produce and distribute digital-first video, text, and audio for NJ PBS platforms. Develop digital content plans, create short-form videos, manage social editorial calendar, optimize platform-specific content, track analytics, support live streaming development, maintain brand/editorial standards, and collaborate with reporters and partners to expand audience engagement.

Manage day-to-day membership operations for NJ PBS, including acquisition, renewals, donor stewardship, CRM/database management, pledge drive coordination, direct mail/email/digital campaigns, vendor relationships, member benefits and events, KPI tracking, gift reconciliation, and grant reporting support.

Lead strategic programming for NJ PBS across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms. Curate and schedule national and local content, manage acquisitions and PBS relations, oversee budget and staff, ensure FCC and captioning compliance, and use audience data to guide programming decisions focused on diverse New Jersey communities.

Lead and manage Montclair State University's post-licensure nursing programs (RN-to-BSN, RN-to-MSN Bridge, post-licensure MSN, DNP). Oversee curriculum, operations, accreditation compliance, student recruitment, progression, retention, and faculty recruitment/development. Hold a concurrent tenure-track faculty appointment and teach up to 12 credits annually. Collaborate with admissions, advancement, and campus leaders; develop graduate programs and perform other assigned duties.

Tenure-track Associate/Full Professor position teaching and developing interdisciplinary curricula at the intersection of business communication and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, mentoring students, maintaining an active research agenda with publications and external funding, integrating AI, data visualization, and digital communication practices into coursework, building industry and community partnerships, and contributing to program and curricular development across two departments.

Coordinate daily operations of the Dreamscape Learn VR studio, supervise and train student operators, manage scheduling and equipment maintenance, troubleshoot VR hardware/software, oversee guest experiences, enforce safety protocols, and support faculty/staff VR projects to ensure smooth, educational immersive experiences.

Teach public relations with emphasis on strategic audience research, generative AI, and campaign design. Contribute to department service, student advising, extracurricular programs (PRSSA, Hawk Communications), admissions outreach, and departmental events.
