Leads the university’s classification and compensation function, including job architecture, salary structures, pay equity, market pricing, job evaluation, compensation modeling, union contract administration, and New Jersey Civil Service compliance. Oversees Workday position and compensation data, service standards, process improvement, reporting, and high-volume case management. Advises senior leadership, managers, employees, and unions while leading and developing the classification and compensation team.

Provides holistic academic advising to undergraduate students in the College of Science and Mathematics. Maintains an advisee caseload, supports course selection and degree progress, coordinates first-year and transfer student onboarding, develops student success programs, teaches freshman seminars, assists with orientation, and collaborates with academic departments and campus offices on retention and advising initiatives.

Plans and delivers alumni engagement programs, events, communications, volunteer initiatives, and partnerships. Manages annual giving prospects through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship; develops constituent programs, budgets, goals, and action plans. Leads alumni and student volunteers, analyzes engagement data, conducts market research, maintains database records, and collaborates across the university and community. Supervises student workers and supports donor pipeline development and institutional priorities.
