Maintain and enhance SharePoint Online sites, including structure, navigation, branding, layouts, permissions, metadata, retention, search, and web parts. Recreate migrated pages, develop Power Apps forms and Power Automate workflows, monitor usage, and support users through troubleshooting, documentation, office hours, and training. The role also manages migration logs, compliance requirements, and communication with project leadership while supporting a federal government modernization contract.

Perform data analysis, develop KPIs and dashboards, build reports and visualizations, manage and integrate data sources, support client-facing marketing and communications projects, apply predictive and machine learning techniques, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to improve campaign and program performance.

Support client-facing projects and stakeholder relationships by applying project management best practices. Maintain project documentation, coordinate onboarding/close-out, capture meeting notes, manage timelines, and support on-site activations. Ensure high-quality client communications, problem-solve risks, track utilization, and uphold operational excellence and professionalism.
