Leads packaging and manufacturing initiatives across APAC from concept through commercialization. Manages bottlers, co-packers, suppliers, launches, site expansions, line trials, process improvements, specifications, SOPs, audits, sustainability, and packaging standards. Provides technical leadership, supports customer complaint responses, maintains packaging records, and ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, quality requirements, and product integrity standards. Extensive travel to suppliers and manufacturing sites is required.

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies across South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mongolia. Lead consumer and trade promotions, sponsorships, events, digital and social initiatives, brand compliance, global brand activations, stakeholder partnerships, budget management, and performance reporting. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement, cultural relevance, and commercial results while maintaining global brand standards.

Manages daily analytical and HPLC laboratory operations, including staffing, scheduling, testing workflows, equipment calibration, maintenance, inventory, regulatory licensing, and audit readiness. Leads and develops laboratory staff, monitors KPIs, drives process improvements, ensures SOP and safety compliance, and communicates quality results and trends to stakeholders. Requires beverage manufacturing and analytical testing experience, including HPLC, CO2, Brix, titratable acidity, pH, and sensory analysis.
