Supervise and coach Peer Support Specialists, ensure fidelity to peer support and Medicaid documentation, manage scheduling and program reporting, coordinate Drop‑In Center operations, support recovery‑oriented programming and community partnerships, and ensure regulatory compliance and staff development.

Assess, coordinate, monitor, and advocate for services for consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Develop person-centered plans, link to external resources, provide crisis support and therapeutic interventions, and ensure delivery of services consistent with recovery and agency standards.

Administer and oversee the Self‑Determination program including agreement and budget development, compliance monitoring, coordination with FMS/EOR/MDHHS/PIHP, training and education, quality assurance, data management, and audit preparation to ensure participant choice and Medicaid compliance.

Complete consumer registration and eligibility determinations, manage Medicaid and other benefits applications and renewals, verify and update insurance in the EHR, process payments and reconciliations, provide benefits enrollment assistance and training, perform audits and data analysis to improve eligibility retention, and support providers and consumers with benefit-related questions and documentation.

Provide peer-based support to adults in the Monroe County Jail preparing for reentry related to substance use and behavioral health. Work one-on-one to build skills, connect consumers to community resources, support treatment engagement, assist with referrals and transportation, participate in treatment teams, complete documentation, and maintain relationships with courts and community partners.

Provide case management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities: assess needs, develop and monitor person-centered service plans, coordinate services and community resources, advocate for consumers, maintain therapeutic relationships, and provide crisis support and intensive case management as assigned.
