Supports accounting operations at a personal injury law firm by filing records, assisting with accounts payable, preparing monthly reports, processing client settlement checks, entering client costs into ledgers, and making bank deposits. Requires QuickBooks and Excel knowledge, computer proficiency, multitasking, integrity, communication, and teamwork. This is a full-time role with a flexible remote schedule for candidates located in the Metro Atlanta area.

Coordinates organization-wide training by assessing needs, developing annual plans and instructional materials, delivering courses, managing internal and external instructors, maintaining training records and facilities, evaluating effectiveness, and reporting outcomes. Partners with HR and managers to address skill gaps, improve employee performance, and implement traditional and modern learning methods, including e-learning and gamification.
