Owns the roadmap and lifecycle for partner-facing platforms, APIs, integrations, onboarding, portfolio management, servicing, reporting, and settlement capabilities. Drives automation, self-service, product metrics, business cases, and cross-functional execution while managing strategic technology and distribution partner relationships.

Drives SMB sales through bank partners by building banker relationships, educating them on payment solutions, prospecting and signing new merchants, and achieving revenue, acquisition, and cross-sell targets. The Senior DEI Consultant advances Moneris’ diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy by supporting employee resource groups, inclusive workplace initiatives, communications, campaigns, partnerships, learning programs, and engagement activities. The role collaborates with HR partners and business stakeholders, manages DEI projects, analyzes employee insights and metrics, maintains data governance and reporting practices, and uses research and leading practices to assess impact and improve the DEI roadmap.

Supports SMB sales and customer adoption through tailored SaaS and POS demonstrations, solution consulting, technical validation, onboarding, training, and early-stage account management. Partners with sales, product, operations, customer success, and technical support teams to improve positioning, customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue. Collects feedback, supports pilots and call-out campaigns, and evaluates campaign effectiveness across retail, restaurant, and e-commerce markets.

Manage relationships with high-revenue clients from sales through post-sale setup and integration. Develop senior client partnerships, use consultative selling to achieve financial targets, coordinate with service delivery, consulting, and product teams, support solution transitions, and produce pipeline, sales forecast, and activity reports.

Leads the configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and support of Workday across HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Reporting, Integrations, Absence, and Time Tracking. Partners with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions, resolve system and integration issues, maintain HR data integrity, improve processes, and develop reports and dashboards. Provides Workday training, user support, technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration on HR technology initiatives.

Supports internal communications planning, content development, stakeholder coordination, corporate messaging, channel management, executive communications, employee events, organizational change communications, and performance reporting. The role writes and edits content for intranet, employee engagement channels, presentations, and surveys while ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, brand standards, and Human Resources goals.

Design, develop, and maintain reporting, dashboards, and data models to deliver financial and performance insights. Write and optimize SQL, ensure data quality, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions using BI tools and cloud data platforms.

Manage and support virtualization and storage infrastructure. Collaborate on disaster recovery, improve service standards, and participate in on-call rotation.

Design, operationalize, and govern enterprise cryptographic, HSM, PKI, and privileged access systems. Lead secrets and PAM modernization, enable code-signing and automated certificate/secret lifecycles, perform security design reviews, and ensure compliance with PCI standards while supporting audits and remediation. Provide hands-on maintenance and consulting for identity platforms (Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk) across cloud and on-prem environments.

Lead strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and delivery for Moneris’ payment gateway and API platform. Drive developer and partner integration improvements, manage Agile backlogs, define OKRs and performance metrics, and collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Support. Monitor payment industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive offerings while translating merchant, partner, and developer needs into scalable platform enhancements.

Leads Moneris’ marketing analytics function and team, developing campaign measurement strategies, statistical models, dashboards, attribution analyses, and actionable recommendations. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, and Finance to improve acquisition, retention, engagement, ROI, data quality, and analytics processes. Establishes an analytics Center of Excellence, manages validation and testing, prioritizes projects, allocates resources, and translates complex multi-source analyses into business decisions.

Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns, automated customer journeys, nurture programs, forms, and lead workflows. Use Salesforce marketing automation platforms, AI, segmentation, SQL, testing, and performance analytics to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifecycle experiences. Ensure campaign quality, accessibility, privacy, regulatory compliance, and accurate on-time delivery while troubleshooting issues and improving execution processes.

Lead Scrum delivery for 2–3 Agile product teams: facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, protect sprint integrity, coach Agile practices, align roadmaps/OKRs, use metrics for continuous improvement, and support cross-team risk/dependency management while contributing to an Agile community of practice.

Operate and modernize a large-scale RHEL estate across on-prem and cloud. Build automation (Ansible, Python, Bash, GitHub), manage virtualization (vSphere, Nutanix, Azure IaaS), maintain platform lifecycle and security (patching, upgrades, PKI, AD/sssd), support incidents/changes in ServiceNow, produce documentation and run rotational on-call for 24/7 production systems.

Design, standardize, automate, and modernize on-premises and hybrid infrastructure. Build IaC and automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell), harden RHEL and Windows images to compliance baselines, act as Level 3 SME across compute, storage, virtualization, and identity, participate in ITIL processes, and collaborate with security, SRE, and architecture teams on upgrades, migrations, and compliance.

Design, implement, secure, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, LAN/WAN, wireless, cloud, and edge. Manage firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, VPNs, IPAM, IDS/IPS, and cloud networking. Lead projects, mentor staff, develop automation (Ansible, Python, Terraform), and ensure compliant, resilient network services in a regulated payments environment.

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead endpoint management strategies, oversee device standards, support end-user technologies, and provide technical guidance within Moneris' hybrid environment.

Design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Experience, and Revenue Clouds using Apex and Lightning Web Components. Lead integrations with MuleSoft and Salesforce APIs, contribute to data model and platform architecture, maintain code quality through reviews, and support Agile delivery including QA and UAT.

Design and own the technical architecture for Moneris' API platform. Lead end-to-end API implementation projects, ensure security, scalability and availability, conduct vendor assessments and proofs of concept, define API strategy and best practices, collaborate with engineering and SRE teams, and mentor junior engineers while contributing technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
