Supports SMB sales and customer adoption through tailored SaaS and POS demonstrations, solution consulting, technical validation, onboarding, training, and early-stage account management. Partners with sales, product, operations, customer success, and technical support teams to improve positioning, customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue. Collects feedback, supports pilots and call-out campaigns, and evaluates campaign effectiveness across retail, restaurant, and e-commerce markets.

Manage relationships with high-revenue clients from sales through post-sale setup and integration. Develop senior client partnerships, use consultative selling to achieve financial targets, coordinate with service delivery, consulting, and product teams, support solution transitions, and produce pipeline, sales forecast, and activity reports.

Leads the configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and support of Workday across HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Reporting, Integrations, Absence, and Time Tracking. Partners with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions, resolve system and integration issues, maintain HR data integrity, improve processes, and develop reports and dashboards. Provides Workday training, user support, technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration on HR technology initiatives.
