Design, implement, automate, and support enterprise network infrastructure across data centers, cloud, and branch environments. Lead network upgrades, migrations, and technology initiatives; provide Tier 3 support for complex production and security issues; and develop Infrastructure as Code automation. The role supports routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, VPNs, hybrid cloud connectivity, infrastructure hardening, compliance, documentation, and on-call operations for critical payment-processing platforms.

Analyze partner portfolios, pricing strategies, product and partnership agreements, market dynamics, profitability, and cost assumptions. Maintain pricing models, conduct research, develop business cases, and provide recommendations supporting product, partnership, and pricing decisions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on new offerings and pricing initiatives.

Leads end-to-end enterprise projects across Sales, Product & Partnerships, Operations, and technology teams. Responsibilities include defining scope, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating stakeholders, applying governance, tracking risks and issues, reporting status, mentoring junior project managers, improving processes, and completing project closures. The role requires managing multiple projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
