Lead design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks (UI, API, backend) using Playwright (Node.js); own end-to-end testing for releases; optimize CI/CD pipelines; use BrowserStack/Applitools/Testim; manage test cases in TestRail/Zephyr/Xray; collaborate with teams on acceptance criteria; perform root-cause analysis and expand coverage across functional, regression, performance, accessibility, and security testing.

Lead rollout, adoption, and optimization of AI tools and the Knowledge Hub. Track adoption metrics, support LLM integrations, run training and enablement, maintain knowledge content, and produce dashboards and reports to measure AI impact.
