Manages complex, multidisciplinary technology projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Mentor engineers, define deployment standards, participate in on-call rotation, and drive operational excellence across distributed teams.

Lead rollout, adoption, and optimization of AI tools and the Knowledge Hub. Track adoption metrics, support LLM integrations, run training and enablement, maintain knowledge content, and produce dashboards and reports to measure AI impact.
