Serve as primary customer contact for commercial operations: drive revenue and campaign performance, manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional delivery, analyze KPIs, run UAT, and oversee requirement implementation to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Support Partnerships by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking timelines and deliverables, maintaining trackers and action logs, monitoring partner activities, preparing status updates, and assisting partner-facing communications to ensure smooth launches and live operations.
