The DevOps Engineer will design and maintain cloud infrastructure, implement CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and ensure security and observability for reliable systems.

Manage client service requests from intake to resolution, coordinating with clients, providers, and internal teams. Track cases, maintain documentation, provide status updates, escalate issues, and contribute to process improvements while meeting timelines.

Coordinate daily outbound shipments and act as the liaison between Operations, Warehouse, and logistics partners. Monitor tracking, resolve delivery exceptions, manage priority shipments, maintain documentation, prepare performance reports and KPIs, perform routing analysis, and support continuous improvement and process documentation.

Support the CEO and Chief of Staff by managing priorities, meetings, travel, and executive communications; prepare briefings and presentations; coordinate cross-functional strategic projects; conduct research and executive summaries; maintain trackers and dashboards; liaise with stakeholders and handle confidential information; leverage AI and productivity tools to improve workflows.

Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android; collaborate with teams, manage app releases, and ensure high performance.

Support day-to-day finance operations including AR/AP, billing, reconciliations, payments, and financial reporting. Maintain billing configurations, monitor receivables, investigate discrepancies, and prepare reports and dashboards. Collaborate with internal teams, improve processes, and support month-end and year-end close activities.

Manage monthly cost updates, reconcile supplier invoices, perform product-level cost analyses and forecasting, source suppliers, maintain cost control frameworks and product data integrity, and prepare reports for leadership.
