Tracks timelines, obtains required information and approvals, documents interactions, provides status updates, resolves issues, escalates complex cases, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and comfort using internet-based systems and client portals.

Supports corporate governance, entity management, statutory filings, compliance, commercial contracts, due diligence, financing documentation, and legal research across Monark and its portfolio companies. The role maintains corporate records, tracks obligations and contract deadlines, coordinates with external counsel, identifies legal and compliance risks, and provides reporting and recommendations to Finance and senior leadership.

Maintain and update product and pricing data, manage cost updates, conduct market research, list new products, reconcile supplier invoices, run pricing checks. Progress to cost/margin analysis, reporting, forecasting, dashboarding, automation, and cross-functional pricing projects.
