The DevOps Engineer will design and maintain cloud infrastructure, implement CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and ensure security and observability for reliable systems.

Manage client service requests from intake to resolution, coordinating with clients, providers, and internal teams. Track cases, maintain documentation, provide status updates, escalate issues, and contribute to process improvements while meeting timelines.

Coordinate daily outbound shipments and act as the liaison between Operations, Warehouse, and logistics partners. Monitor tracking, resolve delivery exceptions, manage priority shipments, maintain documentation, prepare performance reports and KPIs, perform routing analysis, and support continuous improvement and process documentation.
