Owns co-marketing and joint go-to-market campaigns for Monad ecosystem integrations and deployments. Responsibilities include identifying high-impact opportunities, developing narratives, creating social activations, writing case studies and blogs, coordinating creative, legal, compliance, and launch workflows, and measuring campaign performance. The role requires managing complex external workstreams and collaborating with crypto-native and traditional business partners.

Own growth for DeFi protocols on Monad: design and execute TVL/volume growth plans, connect RWA issuers to onchain lending/yield infrastructure, enable cross-protocol integrations, and onboard institutional capital to expand ecosystem value.

Lead Monad's market strategy and ecosystem growth in South Korea: drive business development, close strategic deals, build relationships with exchanges, enterprises, media and regulators, and monitor regulatory trends to position Monad as a market leader for institutional and retail adoption.

The role involves building predictive models for blockchain performance and user behavior, implementing solutions, and owning production prediction pipelines.

Lead Monad Foundation's institutional business in Japan: identify, structure, and close partnerships with megabanks, trust banks, securities firms, payment companies, exchanges, and enterprises for stablecoins, tokenization/RWA, on-chain settlement, and capital markets use cases. Own Japan strategy, brand presence, regulator relationships, and convert senior relationships into launches with clear milestones and commercial discipline.

Lead development of Monad's Financial Institutions vertical: build pipelines and advisor networks, cultivate senior institutional relationships, shape institutional narrative and positioning, manage institutional communications and ecosystem updates, monitor sentiment, and ensure operational follow-through to drive pilots and commitments from banks, exchanges, and market infrastructure providers.

Lead the DeFi growth strategy for the Monad network, advising builders and managing a small team while bridging DeFi and TradFi.
