Own Monad’s AI and compute ecosystem business development strategy. Source and activate AI founders, venture firms, compute providers, protocols, liquidity providers, and trading partners. Build relationships, structure and close commercial collaborations, drive agentic payment and compute-market integrations, and coordinate technical, ecosystem, legal, and communications teams. Track launches, users, payments, liquidity, and transaction volume while establishing Monad as a settlement layer for AI and compute products.

Lead Monad’s ecosystem strategy and growth by attracting founders and builders, managing grants and accelerator programs, securing strategic collaborations, and supporting applications from initial engagement through deployment and adoption. Partner with Engineering, Product, Developer Relations, and Marketing to address builder needs, drive go-to-market initiatives, measure ecosystem health, allocate resources, and build and manage the ecosystem team.

Owns co-marketing and joint go-to-market campaigns for Monad ecosystem integrations and deployments. Responsibilities include identifying high-impact opportunities, developing narratives, creating social activations, writing case studies and blogs, coordinating creative, legal, compliance, and launch workflows, and measuring campaign performance. The role requires managing complex external workstreams and collaborating with crypto-native and traditional business partners.
