Processes healthcare billing and revenue cycle tasks, including claims submission, reconciliation, denials, appeals, payment follow-up, audits, and aging account management. Prepares billing reports, resolves discrepancies, communicates with agencies and health plans, supports month-end close, and participates in process improvement. The role requires healthcare billing experience, Excel proficiency, familiarity with billing and electronic health record platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and accurate handling of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and other healthcare program requirements.

Support monthly close, prepare financial reports, manage fixed assets, prepare state and local tax filings, assist audits and budgeting, support inventory accounting and payroll, partner on internal controls and process improvements.

Provides bilingual English-Spanish administrative and reception support, including greeting visitors, managing calls, coordinating meetings, assisting HR and managers with translation and interviews, controlling badges, maintaining records, ordering supplies, coordinating facility needs and vendors, and conducting wellness screenings. Maintains confidentiality and serves as the primary liaison for office questions and inquiries.
