Manage billing and revenue cycle tasks for assigned state/local agencies: submit and reconcile claims/invoices, research and resolve denials/rejections, prepare electronic and paper claims, run reports, reduce backlogs, collaborate with posting teams, and support process improvements to ensure accurate, compliant billing and timely collections.

Own assigned accounts as the primary point of contact, build strong client relationships, monitor customer health, reduce churn, manage implementations and escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, track success metrics, and ensure customers achieve value from the product.
