Lead Momentive's unified digital acquisition and web presence strategy across paid media, website development, technical SEO/AI-search, and CRO. Manage daily performance: 1:1 coaching, hiring, onboarding, metrics tracking, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and conversion. Report pipeline and outbound metrics, handle team logistics, and develop career paths for early-career reps into sales or client success roles.

Provide phone and email technical support for the Cobalt AMS platform: investigate and resolve client tickets, research and implement solutions, monitor requests, participate in QA, develop specialized product expertise, create user documentation, deliver training, and collaborate with internal teams to improve product and client outcomes.

Lead and build Momentive's Account Management team from scratch to own client health, retention, and expansion. Define team structure, quotas, processes, and tools; hire, onboard, and coach Account Managers; manage assigned accounts and renewals; drive net revenue retention and expansion; partner cross-functionally; maintain Salesforce and forecast/report performance; develop playbooks and bring client feedback into product discussions.

Lead an AI-first product area end-to-end: define roadmap, engage customers, translate needs into initiatives, measure KPIs, prototype with AI, align cross-functional teams, mentor product staff, and drive adoption, retention, and revenue in a SaaS environment.

Define and manage the MomentiveIQ platform integrations roadmap, collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure effective data movement and integration across the portfolio, focusing on AI-enhanced solutions.

Provide administrative support to the sales team: prepare change orders, manage contracts and sales documents, update account data in internal systems, assist with RFP responses, liaise with internal teams, and perform accurate data entry and organization tasks to streamline pre- and in-sales processes.

Sell recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions to HR and talent teams. Prospect new clients, manage renewals and expansions, maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, hit revenue targets, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams.
