Lead multi-year product strategy for a fund-accounting product family, embed AI as core infrastructure, mentor product leaders, align engineering to go-to-market, drive delivery, adoption, and revenue while championing AI-assisted workflows and portfolio governance.

Prepare forecasts, analyze trends across manufacturing, sales, and finance; reconcile internal accounts; identify competitive trends; present findings to senior management; manage complex projects and financial analyses.

Serve as the technical liaison for customers and internal teams to troubleshoot integrations, APIs, SSO, data issues, and application/infrastructure problems. Diagnose REST/JSON/XML calls, GraphQL/SQL data issues, FusionAuth identity issues, and monitor with Datadog. Escalate and document complex issues to engineering, test new features, prioritize bugs, and support AI/BI tooling integration and troubleshooting.
