Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, drive renewals and upsells, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, build executive relationships, ensure solution delivery, and meet revenue targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows. Configure Service Cloud features (case management, Omni-Channel, entitlements, knowledge), build Experience Cloud sites, perform integrations and data migrations, participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
