Manage client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, support software adoption and onboarding, provide best practices, resolve concerns, coordinate renewal quotations and proposals, share lessons learned, and manage a book of business. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical problem-solving, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Some overnight travel is required.

Maintain and configure 75+ demo environments for enterprise sales opportunities. Responsibilities include environment setup, personalization, recurring QA and health checks, demo data management, issue escalation, documentation, task tracking, and ad hoc support for Solutions Engineers.

Develop new business in an assigned region through outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, pipeline development, and closing new accounts. Partner with marketing and sales teams on demand-generation campaigns, articulate product advantages, meet activity and revenue quotas, and support forecasting, reporting, CRM maintenance, and sales-cycle communications.
