Leads client discovery and instructional strategy, applying adult learning principles and ADDIE/SAM methodologies. Designs, develops, tests, and deploys eLearning, video, instructor-led, and job-aid content. Creates storyboards, scripts, prototypes, assessments, and production assets while managing revisions, timelines, scope, and stakeholder feedback. Uses Articulate tools, LMS/LXP platforms, SCORM, and video editing tools to deliver accessible, engaging learning experiences.

Owns client relationships and renewals for MIP Fund Accounting customers and channel partners. Responsibilities include conducting business reviews, monitoring account health, driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, forecasting revenue in Salesforce, managing upsell sales cycles, coordinating with partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Prospect and develop employer relationships, acquire new business, manage renewals and expansions, and sell recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions. Maintain Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, achieve revenue targets, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. The role is hybrid in Atlanta or Groton and includes periodic travel for conferences and client events.
