Support the Chief Legal Officer by drafting and managing corporate and transactional documents, supporting IP portfolio work across jurisdictions, assisting litigation, and designing, operating, and quality-reviewing AI-powered legal workflows (LLM-driven drafting, HITL protocols, prompt libraries, SOPs). Monitor securities and digital-asset regulations, support KYC/AML and data protection compliance, and coordinate with outside counsel.

Own BD follow-through and investor relations, manage a high-volume partnership pipeline across pharma, biotech, academia and investors, prepare high-stakes communications and meetings, build a lean CRM/deal-tracking system, triage and analyze scientific opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional deal activity alongside the CEO and Head of Commercial.
