Tests and improves the quality, reliability, security, and usability of iOS and Android applications through manual and automated testing. Responsibilities include designing test plans, executing functional and integration tests, validating APIs and backend integrations, maintaining Appium automation, investigating defects, managing test data, integrating tests into CI/CD, and supporting release readiness. The role collaborates across engineering, product, design, and business teams while monitoring quality risks and promoting shift-left testing.

Designs, develops, and optimizes Oracle database solutions and APIs for mission-critical applications. Responsibilities include writing SQL and PL/SQL, managing database objects and scheduled jobs, implementing Oracle Advanced Queue workflows, tuning performance, and supporting secure API design and lifecycle management. The role also covers authentication, routing, throttling, monitoring, documentation, version control, Agile collaboration, and coordination with technical teams on system integrations.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while supporting onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, employee queries, reporting, and management administration. Ensure compliance with GDPR and Moldovan employment legislation. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with fluency in Romanian and English.
