What will you do:
- work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, UX/UI designers, product managers) to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
- support the design and evaluate innovative IT prototypes, applying Agile methodologies.
- bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the solution lifecycle.
- document and maintain key artifacts such as process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- contribute to the continuous improvement of digital products and services by identifying opportunities, collecting feedback, and tracking success metrics.
