Build feature inventories, workflow maps, roadmap critiques, opportunity rankings, comparative scorecards, and prioritized recommendations tied to commercial outcomes. Analyze customer research, willingness-to-pay studies, market trends, feasibility, economics, and disruption exposure. Produce executive-ready written deliverables, defend recommendations, and manage multiple concurrent assessments under tight deadlines.

Conduct market and competitive research across three industry verticals to support AI product strategy assessments for private equity portfolio companies. Build disruption theses, competitor profiles, feature-comparison baselines, category signals, and disruption ratings. Use AI and deep-research tools while validating outputs for accuracy and gaps. Produce rigorous, executive-ready reports that enable roadmap pressure testing and portfolio-level analysis.

Lead client-facing architecture and delivery of secure, cloud-native applications using C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure. Modernize legacy systems, guide distributed engineering teams, establish DevOps and infrastructure practices, and provide hands-on architecture, coding, troubleshooting, and technical leadership. Drive responsible AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, including human review and production hardening. Support discovery, workshops, proposals, technical sales, account growth, mentoring, hiring, and development of reusable Azure, .NET, modernization, and AI engineering practices.

Consult with clients to design, build, test, and maintain backend services (Go), mobile apps (React Native), and AWS infrastructure. Develop scalable APIs, PostgreSQL schemas, write well-tested code, participate in architecture and discovery, perform code reviews, and apply AI-native engineering practices while collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams.
