Mentor engineers, contribute to hiring and practice development, and maintain hands-on technical credibility while building trusted client relationships.

Lead client-facing architecture and delivery of secure, cloud-native applications using C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure. Modernize legacy systems, guide distributed engineering teams, establish DevOps and infrastructure practices, and provide hands-on architecture, coding, troubleshooting, and technical leadership. Drive responsible AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, including human review and production hardening. Support discovery, workshops, proposals, technical sales, account growth, mentoring, hiring, and development of reusable Azure, .NET, modernization, and AI engineering practices.
