Performs deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment (walls, floors, ceilings, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, ventilation hoods). Uses caustic chemicals and cleaning equipment, scrubs, sweeps, mops, scrapes, removes trash/recyclables, and supports superior guest service. Performs related duties as assigned.

Supervise Bankers and Front Window Cashiers, assist the shift manager with operations, training, and counseling. Enforce casino regulatory and accounting controls, handle customer and employee issues, and cover shift manager duties as needed.
