Assists with operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing steam boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, piping, and ancillary central-plant equipment. Maintains preventive maintenance records and performs additional service work as directed. Requires blueprint literacy, trade knowledge, safety awareness, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, flexible shift availability, and a valid driver's license. Training includes OSHA procedures, confined space, fall protection, respiratory protection, spill prevention, and lift and forklift operation.

Processes leaves of absence and workers’ compensation, supports employee benefit enrollments and claims, resolves payroll discrepancies, and assists with retirement plan administration and death claims. Provides benefits guidance, tracks leave cases, ensures HIPAA compliance, oversees enrollments, and helps supervise and train Benefits Representatives. Requires familiarity with FMLA administration, insurance and retirement plans, HR systems, and office software.

Oversees daily stewarding operations in a high-volume kitchen environment. Ensures clean china, glassware, and silverware are available and properly distributed to outlets. Assists with staff training, scheduling, and inventory maintenance. Requires knowledge of cleaning, storage, health, and sanitation practices, plus the ability to lift 50 pounds and work flexible shifts.
