Work on FP&A for a dual-listed fintech: build and maintain financial models, forecasting, and scenario analysis; analyze performance across lending, payments, and wealth; prepare reporting for leadership; improve models, data structures, and automation leveraging AI and modern tools.

Hands-on finance manager responsible for fund accounting for a registered investment fund (MAMI), full-cycle close, reconciliations, accounting for loans and financial instruments (IFRS 9/ECL), consolidations, audit support, AP oversight, and process automation. Work directly with Controller and Director of Finance, mentor one direct report, and drive finance transformation and scalable reporting across lending, payments, wealth, treasury, and public-company reporting.

Support daily/recurring financial operations and fund accounting tasks (reconciliations, cash review, transaction monitoring). Investigate and resolve breaks, design and own automation solutions, build Excel/VBA and Python tools, use AI to accelerate work, document processes, and partner with Product/Engineering/Compliance to improve operational controls and scalability.
