The role also contributes to NetSuite workflow improvements and requires CPA PEP eligibility with commitment to completing the CPA designation. Success involves accurate, independent AP and reconciliation cycles, audit-ready records, timely close support, and implemented process improvements.

Own monthly and quarterly close activities, IFRS reporting, reconciliations, consolidations, fund accounting, financial instruments, treasury accounting, and audit support. Partner with the Controller and Finance Manager to resolve accounting issues, maintain audit-ready documentation, coordinate external audits, and improve finance workflows through automation and process improvements. The role offers broad ownership and a development path toward Finance Manager.

Build and operate a multi-cloud platform for human and AI-agent engineering workflows. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps with ArgoCD, governed MCP tool gateways, CI/CD validation, secure agent identities, observability, autonomous remediation, infrastructure modernization, and compliance-aware platform design. The role owns production reliability metrics and serves multiple regulated business lines.
