Operate HubSpot CMS and publishing workflows, support campaign and email launches, maintain marketing data quality, produce regular performance reports from HubSpot and Google Analytics, and assist the comms and social teams with SEO-focused content publishing and ad hoc operational tasks.

Design, build, and evolve event-driven, cloud-native backend services and microservices using Java. Work on distributed systems, reliability, performance, observability, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment tooling while collaborating in cross-functional agile squads.

Lead complex payment investigations, reconciliations, APP fraud and collateral management. Drive process improvement and automation, support incident and risk management, quality-check analyst work, deliver MI/reporting, and collaborate with product, compliance, finance, engineering and fraud teams to ensure regulatory obligations and strong operational controls.
