Hands-on Accounts Payable role responsible for end-to-end invoice processing in NetSuite, supplier and vendor data management, expense and corporate card processing, payment run support, reconciliations, month-end AP tasks, and maintaining controls and audit trails while liaising with UK and India teams.

Hands-on Accounts Payable role supporting end-to-end AP for global entities: process supplier invoices, manage vendor data, handle travel and corporate card expenses, prepare payment runs, perform reconciliations and month-end support, and maintain controls and audit trails in NetSuite.

Build repeatable processes, direct agencies, analyse event performance, and improve programmes using data-driven insights.

Lead vertical product marketing for Travel and Lending: define positioning, GTM strategy, launches, sales enablement, and market intelligence to drive pipeline, win rates and revenue for a payments automation B2B SaaS platform.

Lead a team of Product Managers and Designers owning multiple payment-related product lines (AP, payroll, expenses, collections, travel), web and mobile experiences, public APIs and integrations. Set strategy and roadmaps, drive commercial outcomes with sales/ops/risk, run delivery with engineering, manage partners, and embed metrics and AI-driven product innovation across the portfolio.

Lead product strategy and end-to-end delivery for card products, coordinating engineering and cross-functional teams, using data to prioritise, scale card payment infrastructure, monitor KPIs, reduce manual work and ensure regulatory compliance in the UK.

Own end-to-end month-end close and group consolidation across multi-entity, multi-currency operations; produce monthly consolidated financial statements and variance commentary; maintain balance sheet reconciliations and controls; manage intercompany and cross-border accounting; prepare regulatory reporting; drive NetSuite-led automation and AI tooling for reconciliations; manage and coach a small team; support internal/external audits.

Screen names, entities, and transactions for sanctions, PEPs, watchlists and adverse media; investigate alerts, document decisions, escalate risks, maintain audit trails, and collaborate with monitoring and onboarding teams to improve processes and automation.

Support enterprise risk and assurance activities across UK and European entities: maintain risk registers, assist assurance reviews, prepare regulatory reports, produce risk and compliance MI, manage issues logs, maintain policy library, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed risk and compliance processes.

Provide commercial and regulatory legal advice across payments and fintech matters, negotiate contracts, support data protection and IP, improve templates and governance, liaise with senior stakeholders and manage external law firms on litigation.

Operate HubSpot CMS and publishing workflows, support campaign and email launches, maintain marketing data quality, produce regular performance reports from HubSpot and Google Analytics, and assist the comms and social teams with SEO-focused content publishing and ad hoc operational tasks.

Lead and scale Modulr's marketing function: set strategy and OKRs, own paid acquisition and content/SEO, drive commercial rigour with RevOps, sharpen product positioning, build ABM/partner/PLG growth motions, grow events as a pipeline channel, hire and develop the team, and embed AI workflows and agents to boost productivity and impact.

Perform periodic and event-driven CDD/KYC refreshes for individuals and corporates, screen for sanctions/PEPs/adverse media, verify KYC documentation, maintain audit-ready records, escalate hits, collaborate with teams to resolve gaps, and suggest process automation and improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Design, build, and evolve event-driven, cloud-native backend services and microservices using Java. Work on distributed systems, reliability, performance, observability, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment tooling while collaborating in cross-functional agile squads.
