Teams at Modulr

Design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Aura, flows), create and manage integrations via web services/APIs, ensure security and development standards, participate in CI/CD and code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance Salesforce environments.

Lead a backend engineering squad to deliver payment platform features: manage and mentor ~6 engineers, run agile ceremonies, ensure code quality, design RESTful APIs and microservices, drive DevOps and testing best practices, and report squad progress while improving processes.

Lead development of Modulr's Compliance Hub for US expansion. Manage 1-3 product managers, define solutions from business problems, translate technical specs into epics and user stories, drive roadmap execution, manage stakeholders and suppliers, ensure scalable engineering delivery, use data to prioritise, and maintain product documentation and KPIs.
